Our process for returns, refunds and enrollment cancellations.
We strive to provide high-quality program materials to enhance your child’s learning experience.
If you are not satisfied with the materials received, you may request a return within 7 days of purchase. However there is not return policy available for courses and training.
To initiate a return, please contact us at brainskoolindia@gmail.com with your order details. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the materials.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned materials. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Program Enrollment. Program fees are non-refundable once the enrollment process is completed. However, exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances, subject to review by World Innovative Brain Skool Private Limited.
Cancellation. If you wish to cancel your child’s enrollment in a program, please notify us at least 7 days before the program start date to be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
